Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, refunds may be granted for one or more of the following reasons;
- Not as described (i.e. you ordered a pink cash envelope and a blue one was sent).
- Not fit for purpose (i.e. damaged before use and cannot be used for intended purpose).
- Unsatisfactory quality (please be aware that many items are hand made and therefore may have imperfections that do not effect the usability of the product).
- Does not last a reasonable amount of time (i.e. breaks within 90 days of normal use).
Please send an email to support@budgetwithira.co.uk within 90 days of your order date. Please include your order number and the name of the items you wish to return and, if granted, we will send you a free digital return label.
Items can only be returned for a refund for the price paid after promotions or discounts have been applied; shipping fees are non-refundable. We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
Please be aware that refunds cannot be made on customised orders unless they fit one or more of the above criteria.
